Events Contractor (Irvine, CA)

Our client is seeking an Events Contractor to support the planning and execution of internal and external events. This role is ideal for a polished, detail-oriented professional who can manage event logistics end-to-end while delivering a high-quality experience.

Details

  • Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid) MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE IN IRVINE, CA
  • Pay: $50-55/hour
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
  • Contract: Minimum 3 months (potential to extend/convert)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute corporate events (onsite & offsite)
  • Manage logistics, timelines, vendors, and budgets
  • Lead cross-functional planning and support onsite events
  • Oversee event registration tools and reporting
  • Ensure compliance, SOP adherence, and process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5+ years of event planning experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience supporting corporate meetings or events
